As BAHons Programme Leader, Tom is involved in developing and facilitating training for TMA ITTP, specifically for the three year undergraduate BAHons course.

As part of this role, Tom works alongside tutors at Birmingham City University to develop the undergraduate course and is involved in organising the training sessions, bringing together specialists from within the Trust and wider partnership. He is deeply passionate about working collaboratively to provide inclusive, engaging and transformative learning experiences for all children and students.
