Sarah Barnes

I chose the Two Mile Ash ITT Partnership for my teacher training because I had heard really good things about the school and the opportunities the training provider offered. It was important to me that I found a provider that would allow me to train on the job, in a school, rather than in a lecture theatre far removed from the realities of a career in teaching.

"Outstanding leadership and management, which ensures that the vision for excellence is realised and permeates all aspects of the partnership."

Ofsted 2013

"As the trainees are placed in a school from the start of the course, they are fully involved in all the professional development opportunities and aspects such as parents evenings, panel review meetings, liaison with parents etc. in addition to their programme, which gives them a deeper understanding of the role of a teacher."

Lucy Eldridge, Head of School, Two Mile Ash

"The drive for excellence has resulted in close attention throughout the course to those elements of teaching which produce outstanding learning."

Ofsted 2013

"The teacher training course with Two Mile Ash ITTP was a comprehensive and rewarding experience and gave me the necessary experience and skills to become a classroom teacher."
