Dan brings 18 years of teaching experience to his role. While continuing to teach Year 5 students, Dan has spent the past four years mentoring postgraduate trainees and training both undergraduate and postgraduate educators.
Dan is deeply passionate about education and thrives on the rewarding "light bulb moments" when his students and trainees grasp new concepts. His dedication to teaching is unwavering, and he is committed to shaping the future of education.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing guitar, board games, swimming, and practicing capoeira. He is also an avid fan of American football and loves walking in the Lake District.
