We recognise that teacher training, at the same time as being enjoyable and exciting, can also be very challenging. We pride ourselves on offering our trainees support and encouragement at every point along their journeys.

Your School based Trainer (SBT)

Your SBT is your mentor and will be the person who works most closely with you on a day-to-day basis, carrying out your lesson observations, setting your training targets and helping to organise in-school training opportunities which will enhance and develop the your practice.  All our SBTs are, themselves,  given support and guidance for their role during our half-termly SBT training sessions, but Partnership staff are always on hand at any time for queries from both SBTs and trainees.
